From American Canyon, the Cruz Trio is a classical piano trio group featuring Julian, Jasmin, and Jett. They have all studied music since they were young, and have been extensively involved in their local music programs including American Canyon High School Instrumental and Choir and Napa Valley Youth Symphony. Sibling Soundscapes not only is presented to share their love of classical music, but also marks their debut as a sibling trio yet serving as a farewell concert, as all three siblings are parting ways to their future endeavors.
Julian holds a Bachelor of Music in Music Theory, History & minored in Composition from University of Toronto and currently works as a freelance musician and private teacher in the Napa and Solano Counties. He intends to move to Calgary, Canada in July to be with his wife and begin a new (but still musical) life in Calgary.
Jasmin holds a double Bachelors of Music in Cello Performance and Music Education from Cal State Long Beach, and just recently earned her Single Subject Teaching Credential in Music also from CSULB. Now credentialed, she intends to maintain her teaching work in Southern California to become a classroom music teacher.
Violinist, Jett Cruze is part of the Napa Valley Youth Symphony, Napa Youth Chamber Ensemble, and is currently studying violin privately with Yasushi Ogura.
